I'm trying to lose weight. How was my eating today?
it sounds pretty healthy. i really wouldn't count the morning snack as a meal though. you could probably eat that with your breakfast. try changing your cereal to something healthier. i eat Kashi GoLean cereal,taste isn't that bad,and it has less calories than any other cereal i have had. don't worry about the ice cream though,i would recommend eating it a little earlier though if you insist on eating a dessert. spread your meals evenly throughout the day,and you can throw in one meal,i usually eat a protein bar and an orange after my workout.
