I choked on a chicken bone from mcd's chicken nugget and threw it up could i sue them?

If you had had any damages because of this incident (injury or hospital expenses, etc.) then you might have a case. But since you threw the bone up immediately, there really is no damage. And no cause for legal action. Besides, you should chew your food before swallowing.
