Is this normal (guinea pig)?

The cyst could be benign, but either way the urethra thing is weird... I dont know what's wrong, but the cyst may be the problem... The same thing happened to my guinea pig and he didnt live long after =( He lived a total of 6-ish years (I wasnt sure about his age) and got a tumor a few months before he went far downhill and died of whatever illness it was. The vet was no help whatsoever to me so I dont know if it's best to spend the money for being unable to determine what's wrong... It may go away on its own, but he may be very sick but not showing signs of illness... pigs do that sometimes (mine was apparently very sick for months before he started showing signs, as pigs do that for a self-defense thing in the wild)... I really hope Nugget gets better =(
