Ugh why do i keep eating am i gonna get fat?

i weigh around 113 and am 5 feet 5 inches. i was doing good until last night, when i ate a bunch of fruit crisp. today i ate a peach for breakfast, a sugar cookie, a small piece of lasagna, some salad, and fruit salad for lunch, a small slice of chocolate cake, a chicken nugget, polenta and veggies for dinner, a frozen yogurt scoop, and 2 breakfast bars (homemade, 115 calories each). then i ate a little bit more of fruit crisp. why cant i control what i am eating and will i gain weight if i try to eat better tomorrow on and if i do a workout video tonight and go to the gym tomorrow
